Requirements & FAQ

  • All dogs at The Collar Club are required to have up-to-date Rabies, Distemper Parvo, and Bordetella vaccines prior to their Club Interview and reservation.

  • Your pup needs to stay for a minimum of 3 hours to be assessed with our Club President, Oreo. You are also welcome to let your pup stay to enjoy the entire day at no extra charge!

  • ~ We require you to bring enough of your pup’s own food for the duration of their stay as we like to keep them on the same diet from home.

    ~ If your dog eats from a slow feeder/puzzle bowl bring that, otherwise we provide stainless steel bowls.

    ~We provide bedding and blankets, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

    ~ You are welcome to bring treats, chews, and toys. Just no raw-hide as they are a choking hazard.

  • We accept cash, check, Venmo, or Paypal for payment. Unfortunately, we do not accept cards at this time.

  • We are closed for drop off and pick ups on major holidays (listed under hours & location), however, we still take care of the pups those days and will get plenty of playtime and attention!

  • Overnight stays over major holidays will be subject to a $10 additional fee for that Holiday day per dog.

  • Currently we do not have any cancellation policy. Respectfully, we just ask you let us know of any changed plans as soon as you possibly can to open up a space for another family.
