All dogs at The Collar Club are required to have up-to-date Rabies, Distemper Parvo, and Bordetella vaccines prior to their Club Interview and reservation.

Your pup needs to stay for a minimum of 3 hours to be assessed with our Club President, Oreo. You are also welcome to let your pup stay to enjoy the entire day at no extra charge!

~ We require you to bring enough of your pup’s own food for the duration of their stay as we like to keep them on the same diet from home.

~ If your dog eats from a slow feeder/puzzle bowl bring that, otherwise we provide stainless steel bowls.

~We provide bedding and blankets, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

~ You are welcome to bring treats, chews, and toys. Just no raw-hide as they are a choking hazard.

We accept cash, check, Venmo, or Paypal for payment. Unfortunately, we do not accept cards at this time.

We are closed for drop off and pick ups on major holidays (listed under hours & location), however, we still take care of the pups those days and will get plenty of playtime and attention!

Overnight stays over major holidays will be subject to a $10 additional fee for that Holiday day per dog.

Currently we do not have any cancellation policy. Respectfully, we just ask you let us know of any changed plans as soon as you possibly can to open up a space for another family.
